How you can help us
As a patient you can help us give you the best service by doing the following;
In order to keep everyone safe, we have a zero tolerance towards any threatening, abusive or violent behaviour.
If you can’t attend an appointment then please let us know as soon as possible.
If your circumstances change then tell us straight away! For example; mobile number, address, name changes. It is important for your healthcare that we have up to date records and this may save your life in an emergency.
If you have a carer/or are a Carer please let us know as there may be ways in which we can provide further support.
Zero Abuse
We operate a zero abuse policy, both physical and verbal, towards any member of our team. Shouting, swearing or being abusive will not be tolerated under ANY circumstances.
Any patient in breach of this policy may be asked to leave and could be removed from our patient list.
Please respect the team that looks after you.
