Urgent Problems Requiring Same Day Care
Our on the day Urgent call back appointment system allows you to speak to a Doctor or Nurse on the day you have a health need, and reduces the amount of time you have to wait for advice. The doctor or nurse will arrange for you to come into the surgery the same day if you need to be seen.
Please note: For on the day Urgent call back appointments, if you call after 10.00am, you may not be offered a call back the same day, unless it is an emergency. You will also not be able to specify which doctor or nurse you see.
Our Reception staff have received training and use a clinical matrix, developed in conjunction with our clinicians, to ensure they ask the right questions to enable them to book you in with the correct health practitioner or direct you to the correct person to help. For this reason they will always ask you for a brief description of the reason you are calling. All staff are bound by our confidentiality agreement so you can be assured that anything you say to our staff remains confidential.
Routine Telephone Appointments
These can be arranged to discuss results, recent investigations, referrals and medication queries or any healthcare need that does not require a face to face consultation.
Please note if you arrive more than half your appointment time late for any appointment, you will be asked to reappoint.
Test Results
