We have recently received some feedback from patients regarding a new prescription delivery service called Echo, which is part of the Lloyds Pharmacy group.

Their website has led patients to believe that they were affiliated with our Practice, as the Echo homepage states that they are ‘working with over 9,500 NHS England GP surgeries.’

Please be advised that Echo have no association with our practice whatsoever. They are simply an independent prescription delivery service trying to attract new customers.

Obviously it is entirely the patient’s choice whether you wish to use services such as these. However, we feel our dispensary provides an exceptional and vital service to our local community and it is a provision that we would hate to lose. With patients' continued support we can ensure that never happens.
