Covid-19 - Practice Update Posted or Updated on 23 Jun 2021

In accordance with government advice regarding Covid-19, effective from today (19th March), the Upper Eden Medical Practice is changing all our routine face to face appointments with a GP or nurse to a telephone appointment. The Clinician will then determine whether you need to be seen when they call you. Please do not attend the practice for an appointment unless you have been asked to do so.

We would also like to clarify that our dispensary at Kirkby Stephen is still open for the collection of medication as normal and patients can collect prescriptions during our normal opening hours. However please ensure that you use the hand sanitiser provided upon entering the building.

Please rest assured that we are doing our very best to ensure that we can continue to provide healthcare services for as long as possible. These are difficult and unique circumstances, so thank you for your consideration and understanding during this time.
